Gary Cohen is an experienced executive & leader for large scale Mixed Use Real Estate, TOD and Rail Infrastructure projects with over 30 years of experience in commercial Real Estate financing. His expertise includes providing lending & consulting services for debt, mezzanine and joint venture transactions for large scale real estate projects through private investors, wall street, life insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds, banks and other institutional investors. Additionally he was involved in multiple transactions of large CRE & Rail projects including on the Acquisitions, Development as well as Project & Asset Management side.
